CME Support & Downloads
Our CME system uses Adobe Connect Pro to stream content to your computer. The system supports both Mac and Windows systems. The content is sent to you in Flash format, and therefore requires the Adobe Flash plugin be installed on your computer. Below is a checklist to ensure your computer is setup to participate in our online CME courses.
- Install the Adobe Acrobat Connect Add-in for Windows or Macintosh Operating Systems. The Acrobat Connect Add-in allows you to interact with our CME content.
- Test your computer to make sure that you are set up with all of the tools you will need to participate in the meeting. This test will also ensure your connection speed is fast enough to participate.
- Install Adobe FlashPaper. FlashPaper allows you to share any document in meetings by converting it into Flash (SWF file) format.

My password does not work. Try using the "Forgot your password" link to set a new password. If this doesn't work, contact CEI Support for assistance.
My company uses a proxy server to control internet access. Being behind a proxy server may affect your ability to access Connect Pro. Try the following:
- Within Internet Explorer select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
- Enable the setting Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections and click OK.
- Close all browser windows and re-open before trying to connect to meeting again
