Presenter Bio

Minda Dwyer is a Nurse Practitioner in the AIDS Treatment Center, Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. She is an HIV clinical specialist certified through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Ms. Dwyer manages the program committee of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care, the Capital District Chapter. Ms. Dwyer received her BSN at Cornell University-New York Hospital and the ANP in Adult Primary Care Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston. She lectures extensively on HIV-related topics and is the author of a learning modules sequence for correctional facilities nurses.
