The Post-CROI Update discusses the latest developments in the HIV/AIDS area that were presented at the 19th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI) in 2012.
Amneris E. Luque, MD is Professor of Medicine, at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and the Director of the AIDS Center at the University of Rochester Medical Center. As an HIV/AIDS specialist Dr. Luque is devoted to both HIV clinical care and clinical education. Dr. Luque is also the Medical Director of the NYSDOH AIDS Institute's HIV Clinical Education Initiative (CEI) in the Rochester – Finger Lakes area, and the Medical Director of the Technology Center, NYSDOH AI. She served as the Chair of the Committee for the Care of Women with HIV Infection, Chair of the NYSDOH AIDS Institute's Medical Care Criteria Committee (MCCC). Dr. Luque oversees the Quality Improvement Program at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
